Initiating from an intensive programmatic prerequisite, House10 is an architectural rendering of the ideology promoted by the school of “Form follows Function”. Located a prime location at Gulshan, the design is an amalgamation of the client's living necessities and design principles that responds to the climate and site surroundings.
Sandwiched between three low-storied residences, the 10 storied residential building is grounded on 4 generic apartments holding up an exclusively designed simplex, and 2 other unique duplexes. The simplex and duplexes incorporate luscious green spaces in the form of terraces and courtyards that hover at the foreground, overlooking the landscaped garden at the ground level.
