Kafil Manor

Located at the heart of Gulshan, Simpletree Kafil Manor is a confluence of architectural complexity and ingenuity at its distinct best. As a 15 storied residential building, Kafil Manor is a climate and context responsive approach designed with the intention of enriching the city and neighbourhood. A diverging play of alternating planes create an exterior layer, within which is housed two south facing units at every floor.

These layers allow for creating a bold architectural outlook while also utilizing climatic design pragmatics to provide ample shading to the interior spaces. The architecture of Simpletree Kafil Manor is rooted in the semantics of contemporary modern design ideologies, while simultaneously challenging the common approach to apartment design.
